血液透析患者获得性肾囊肿的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的对血液透析患者获得性肾囊肿的临床价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床治疗工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月间本院收治的接受半年以上血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者153例作为研究对象,将其按照是否发生获得性肾囊肿分成观察组与对照组,对两组患者的各项指标进行对比分析。结果本组153例患者中,患有获得性肾囊肿者61例,发病率为39.87%;观察组患者血液透析前的血尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸水平较对照组血液透析前升高(P<0.05);观察组患者EPO使用量较对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者血红蛋白、红细胞压积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论获得性肾囊肿的发生与透析时间、患者血肌酐、血尿酸、血尿素氮等水平有关,获得性肾囊肿的发生可以改善患者贫血症状,降低EPO的使用量,临床应对其给予高度重视。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of acquired renal cysts in hemodialysis patients,and provide valuable reference for future clinical treatment.Methods A total of 153 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent hemodialysis for more than half a year from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to whether or not acquired renal cysts occurred.Comparative analysis of the indicators of the two groups of patients.Results Of the 153 patients in this group,61 had acquired renal cysts,the incidence rate was 39.87%.There was a significant difference in the incidence of acquired renal cysts between different dialysis time(P<0.05).The blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and blood uric acid levels were significantly higher than those in the control group before blood dialysis(P<0.05).The EPO usage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hemoglobin and red blood cell pressure in the two groups.There was no significant difference in the product(P>0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of acquired renal cyst is related to the dialysis time,serum creatinine,blood uric acid,blood urea nitrogen and other levels.The occurrence of acquired renal cyst can improve the symptoms of anemia and reduce the use of EPO.
