高职院校医学生生命态度的现状调查及分析

摘　　要：目的:了解高职院校医学生生命态度的现状并对相关影响因素进行分析,研究当前形势下高职院校医学生生命教育的对策,以提高其生命质量。方法:以滁州城市职业学院医学生作为本次研究对象。以班级为单位进行整群抽样,随机抽取150名医学生进行调查。采取问卷调查法,问卷为课题组前期自行设计的大学生生命态度调查问卷。从生命认识、自我认知、生活状态、生命价值观及生命教育的需求等方面进行调查并分析原因。结果:53.4%的医学生都认为“死亡是人生必然过程”,但仍有46.6%医学生很消极地看待对生命和死亡;19.9%的医学生都曾有过自杀的想法;69.9%医学生的对自己总体满意;71.2%医学生有时或经常感到空虚无聊;22.6%的学生认为生命的意义是要为社会国家做出贡献;78.1%医学生认为有必要开展生命教育。结论:部分医学生生命态度消极,自我认可低,生活不够充实,缺乏正确积极的价值观。医学生生命态度的现状不容乐观。学校应通过开设生命教育课程体系;实施以人为本的教育;促进学生全面发展;营造和谐的校园氛围;将生命教育融入师德师风建设等方面加强医学生生命教育。Objective This paper investigates the current situation of medical students'life attitude in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the relevant influencing factors,and studies the countermeasures of medical students'life education in higher vocational colleges under the current situation,so as to improve their life quality.Methods The medical students of chuzhou city vocational college were selected as the objects of this study.The whole group sampling was conducted with the class as the unit,and 150 medical students were randomly selected for the survey.The questionnaire survey method was adopted,which was designed by the research group in the early stage.From the aspects of life consciousness,self-evaluation,life state,values and life education needs,this paper investigates the nursing and medical students and analyzes the reasons.Results While 53.4% of the medical students believed that"death is an inevitable process of life",46.6% of the medical students viewed life and death negatively.19.9% of medical students had suicidal thoughts;69.9% of medical students were satisfied with themselves.71.2% of medical students sometimes or often feel empty and bored;22.6% of the students believe that the meaning of life is to make contributions to the society and country.78.1% of medical students think it is necessary to carry out life education.Conclusions Some medical students have a negative attitude towards life,low self-recognition,insufficient life enrichment and lack of correct and positive values.The present situation of medical students'attitude towards life is not optimistic.Schools should establish a curriculum system for life education;The implementation of people-oriented education;To promote the all-round development of students;To create a harmonious campus atmosphere;The life education should be integrated into the construction of teachers'ethics and styles to strengthen the life education of medical students.
