摘　　要：目的探讨男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮水平与维生素D的相关性。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月医院收治的男性2型糖尿病患者119例作为研究对象。检测所有25羟维生素D水平并将其分为<20 ng/mL组、20~29.9 ng/mL组、≥30 ng/mL组,并检测所有患者血清睾酮水平,对比不同维生素D水平分组患者血清睾酮水平差异,分析男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮水平与维生素D的相关性。结果不同维生素D水平分组骨质疏松发病率比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),不同维生素D水平分组患者血清睾酮水平比较存在显著差异(P <0.05),相关性分析显示血清睾酮水平与维生素D呈正性相关关系(P<0.05)。结论男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮水平与维生素D水平呈正相关关系,进而说明男性2型糖尿病患者骨代谢指标与性激素水平的关系,为男性2型糖尿病提供新的诊治思路。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum testosterone levels and vitamin D in male patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods selected 119 male patients with type 2 diabetes treated from January 2017 to January 2019. Detect all 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels and divide them into < 20 ng/mL group, 20~29.9 ng/mL group, ≥ 30 ng/mL group, and detect serum testosterone levels in all patients, compare serum testosterone levels in patients with different vitamin D levels. Results There was a significant difference in the incidence of osteoporosis in different vitamin D levels, serum testosterone levels in patients with different vitamin D levels(P < 0.05). Conclusion analysis showed that serum testosterone levels and vitamin D showed a positive correlation(P < 0.05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between serum testosterone levels and vitamin D levels in male patients with type 2 diabetes.
