中风后遗症的中医护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析中风后遗症的中医护理效果并对各项措施进行总结体会。方法选取医院诊治中风且遗留后遗症的患者84例,随机分成两组,分别是对照组(常规护理,n=42)与观察组(中医护理干预,n=42),比较两组护理效果。结果观察组NIHSS、ADL评分均优于对照组;观察组后遗症显著进步、稍进步例数均高于对照组;观察组症状改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组;两组护理效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受中医护理干预后,可以缩短症状改善时间,促进后遗症恢复,提高生活自理能力。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of sequelae of stroke and summarize the experience of various measures.Methods Eighty-four patients with stroke and residual sequelae diagnosed and treated in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group(routine care,n=42)and the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine intervention,n=42).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The NIHSS and ADL scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group;the number of slightly improved sequelae and significantly improved in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the symptoms improvement time and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving Chinese medicine nursing intervention,it can shorten the time to improve symptoms,promote the recovery of sequelae,and improve the ability of self-care.
