摘　　要：随着大学生的学习方式、生活方式、交往方式等发生变化,提高谈心谈话质量的研究可以从根本上找寻更加有效的谈心谈话方式、方法,更好地引导和帮助大学生树立正确的价值观,追求远大理想。本文通过调研现阶段谈心谈话工作现状,总结经验。通过加强与学生之间的交流以及辅导员自身能力的提升,探索创新工作形式,努力提升谈心谈话效果。With the changes in college students'learning methods,lifestyles,and communication methods,in order to improve the quality of heart-to-heart talk,it is necessary to fundamentally find more effective methods of heart-to-heart talk,so as to better guide and help college students to establish correct values and pursue lofty goals.The paper summarizes the experience by investigating the current situation of the heart-to-heart talk work at the current stage.By strengthening communication with students and improving the ability of counselors themselves,we explore innovative forms of work and strive to improve the effect of heart-to-heart talk.
