摘　　要：结直肠癌伴神经内分泌细胞分化是指分化的神经内分泌细胞以单个细胞或细胞巢的形式分散于病变癌细胞中,而结直肠癌伴神经内分泌分化在临床中是一种比较常见的现象,其分化可能与转化生长因子B(TGF-13)、B细胞淋巴瘤基因2(Bcl-2)、p53基因、再生基因4(RegIV)等密切相关。目前诊断主要依靠特异性标记物,其中嗜铬粒蛋白(CgA),突触素(Syn)以及Ki67在结直肠癌伴神经内分泌分化具有重要价值。近年研究表明结直肠癌伴神经内分泌分化多常用于肺癌、前列腺癌等恶性肿瘤的预后的预测,而对于结直肠癌患者的预后分析尚存在争议。本文就神经内分泌分化的概述,结直肠癌伴神经内分泌分化特异性标志物、分子机制以及临床意义作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考依据。Colorectal cancer with neuroendocrine cell differentiation refers to differentiated neuroendocrine cells dispersed in diseased cancer cells in the form of single cells or cell nests, and colorectal cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation is a relatively common phenomenon in clinical Differentiation may be closely related to transforming growth factor B(TGF-13), B-cell lymphoma gene 2(Bcl-2), p53 gene, and regeneration gene 4(RegIV). The current diagnosis mainly relies on specific markers, among which chromogranin(CgA), synaptophysin(Syn) and Ki67 have important value in colorectal cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation. Recent studies have shown that colorectal cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation is often used to predict the prognosis of lung cancer, prostate cancer and other malignant tumors, and the prognostic analysis of patients with colorectal cancer is still controversial. This article provides an overview of neuroendocrine differentiation, specific markers, molecular mechanisms, and clinical significance of colorectal cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation, with a view to providing a reference for clinical treatment.
