摘　　要：目的分析颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的影像表现,旨在为临床定位和治疗方式的选择提供客观依据。方法收集2018年1~12月我院临床确诊的颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变29例患者的影像学资料,分析其影像学表现。结果 29例颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变患者,骨瘤15例(致密骨型14例,松质骨型1例),骨纤维结构不良6例,颅骨内脑膜瘤2例,嗜酸性肉芽肿3例,血管瘤1例,骨髓瘤2例,其中出现磨玻璃密度影7例,软组织肿块5例,骨化1例,骨尤3例,成骨性改变14例,膨胀性改变9例,溶骨性改变5例,硬化变18例,骨针3例。结论颅骨原发性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变以良性居多,部分病变有相同的影像表现,部分病变有特征性的影像表现,结合特征性影像学表现对颅骨原发性肿瘤的诊断有一定的指导意义。Objective To analyze the imaging manifestations of primary tumors and tumor-like lesions of the skull in order to provide an objective basis for the selection of clinical location and treatment.Methods Collecting imaging data of 29 patients with clinically confirmed primary skull tumors and tumor-like lesions in our hospital from January to December 2018, and analyze the imaging performance. Results 29 cases of primary skull tumors and tumor-like lesions, 15 cases of osteoma(14 cases of dense bone type, 1 case of cancellous bone type), 6 cases of poor bone fiber structure, 2 cases of intracranial meningiomas, eosinophilic granuloma 3 cases, 1 case of hemangioma, 2 cases of myeloma, including 7 cases of ground glass density shadow, 5 cases of soft tissue mass, 1 case of ossification, 3 cases of bone, 14 cases of osteogenic changes, 9 cases of dilatation changes,there were 5 cases of osteolytic changes, 18 cases of sclerosis, and 3 cases of bone needles.Conclusion The primary skull tumors and tumor-like lesions are mostly benign. Some lesions have the same imaging manifestations, and some lesions have characteristic imaging manifestations. Combining the characteristic imaging findings has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis of primary skull tumors.
