摘 要:永磁球形电动机采用不同的永磁体结构参数,对电机的电磁场会产生一定的影响。论文提出一种新型双定子永磁球形电动机,建立不同的永磁体参数的电机模型,对比分析不同参数的永磁体结构对电机电磁场的影响。利用三维有限元法分别对电机内外磁场进行建模分析,得到了气隙磁通密度径向分量分布数据。同时,针对永磁体的结构参数进行了静磁场磁通密度和磁场分布计算,建立了球坐标系下永磁体磁场有限元求解模型,进行对比分析。理论分析和实验结果表明了所设计结构的有效性,文中对转子永磁体的磁通密度进行了测试,与仿真计算结果一致。The permanent magnet spherical motor adopts different permanent magnet structure parameters to have certain influence on the electromagnetic field of the motor. This paper proposes a new type of double stator permanent magnet spherical motor,establishes different permanent magnet parameters of the motor model,and compares and analyzes the influence of the permanent magnets structure with different parameters on the electromagnetic field of the motor. The three-dimensional finite element method( FEM) is adopted to model the internal and external magnetic fields of the motor,and the radial component distribution data of the air gap flux density is obtained. Meanwhile,the static magnetic field flux density and magnetic field distribution are calculated for the structural parameters of the permanent magnet. The finite element solution model of the permanent magnet magnetic field in the spherical coordinate system is established and compared. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show the effectiveness of the designed structure,and the magnetic flux density of the rotor permanent magnet is tested,which is consistent with the simulation results.
