摘　　要：目的探讨CBE教学模式用于构建军队医院药学任职教育培训体系的价值。方法以军队预选卫生士官《药物常识》课程教学任务为依托,通过分析2014年至2017年参加培训的2 000余名学员教学数据,建立符合CBE教学模式的军队药学任职教育培训体系,并评估该体系的实际应用效果。结果学员反映总体教学效果较好的比例由2014年的60. 40%升至2017年的81. 29%。结论基于CBE教学模式的军队医院药学任职教育培训体系具有很好的实用价值,可为医院药学领域教育教学工作提供借鉴。Objective To explore the value of the CBE teaching mode for the construction of pharmacy job education and training system in military hospitals. Methods By relying on the teaching tasks of the ″Medicine General Knowledge″ of the military pre-selected health non-commissioned officers,and by analyzing the teaching data of more than 2,000 students who participated in the training from 2014 to 2017,a military pharmacy job education training system that conforms to the CBE teaching model was established and the actual application effect of the system was evaluated. Results The proportion of students who reported that the overall teaching effect was better was 60. 40% in 2014 and rose to 81. 29% in 2017. Conclusion The military hospital pharmacy job education and training system based on the CBE teaching model has good practical value and can provide a reference for the education and teaching in the field of hospital pharmacy.
