摘 要:目的探讨ECT2(epithelial cell transforming sequence 2)蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者外周血的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测50例NSCLC患者和50例健康志愿者外周血的ECT2表达,探讨其表达水平及临床价值。结果 ECT2蛋白在NSCLC患者外周血中的表达水平较健康志愿者外周血表达水平明显增高,分别为1218.62±224.18 ng/l和489.46±68.15 ng/l (P<0.05),并与TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。据受试者工作特征曲线(ROC),选取ECT2:906.24 ng/l为最佳cut-off值,其敏感度为73.2%,特异度为91.4%,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.913。结论外周血中ECT2蛋白在NSCLC中表达水平增高,可作为新的肿瘤标志物。Objective To evaluate the expression of epithelial cell transforming sequence 2(ECT2) in serum of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of ECT2 was detected in 50 NSCLC patients and 50 healthy volunteers by ELISA method. Results The expression of ECT2 in NSCLC were significantly higher than that in the healthy volunteers(1218.62±224.18 ng/l VS 489.46±68.15 ng/l;P<0.05). The result was related with TNM stag and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The cut-off values for ECT2 with a receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) analysis was defined at 906.24 ng/l. The sensitivity and specificity of ECT2 were 73.2% and 91.4% respectively. The area under the curve(AUC) was 0.913. Conclusion The expression of ECT2 in NSCLC patients is higher than that in healthy volunteers, and it could be a bio-marker for the diagnosis of NSCLC.
