摘　　要：分析湖北省基层医疗卫生机构信息化建设情况,从总体架构、基础设施建设、本地化改造几方面阐述中医馆健康信息平台实施策略与路径,介绍平台实施成效,提出思考与建议,包括基层中医药信息化建设应与卫生信息化建设统筹考虑、加强基层信息化人才队伍建设、基层中医远程会诊应向分级诊疗迈进、电子病历设计应进一步简化等。The paper analyzes the informatization building situation of primary medical institutions in Hubei province,expounds on the implementation strategy and path of the health information platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)hospitals from aspects of overall architecture,basic infrastructure building,localization transformation,introduces the implementation achievements of platform,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions,including primary TCM informatization building should be considered in conjunction with health informatization building,strengthening the building of primary informatization talents,remote consultation of primary TCM should move towards hierarchical medical,the design of Electronic Medical Records(EMR)should be further simplified,etc.
