摘　　要：选取3所医学高校图书馆员进行数字服务和阅读推广能力调查,结果表明二者之间存在相关性,提出馆员提升自身能力的策略,包括加强图书情报专业知识、学习计算机新技术、多参与阅读推广活动等。The paper selects the librarians of three medical universities to conduct a survey on digital service and reading promotion ability,and the results show that there is a correlation between them.It proposes strategies for librarians to improve their own capabilities,including strengthening professional knowledge of library information,learning new computer technologies,getting more involved in reading promotion activities,etc.
