摘 要:研究旨在评价饲粮不同粗纤维(CF)水平对姜曲海猪生长性能、胴体性状、肉品质以及血清生化指标的影响以探究其适宜的粗纤维需要量。选取96头体重为(27.61±2.15)kg健康姜曲海猪,随机分为4个处理,每处理4个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各半),分别饲喂4种饲粮,粗纤维水平分别为4%(对照组)、7%、10%和13%。预饲期7 d,正试期120 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,13%CF组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。10%CF组的料重比与对照组没有显著差异,但结果最低,且显著低于13%CF组(P<0.05)。(2)7%CF组、10%CF组和13%CF组的板油比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),10%CF组和13%CF组的平均背膘厚显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,10%CF组显著降低了背最长肌剪切力(P<0.05),13%CF组显著降低了大理石评分(P<0.05),7%CF组、10%CF组和13%CF组背最长肌粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(4)10%CF组的谷草转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),3个试验组的乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,10%CF组和13%CF组显著降低了血清甘油三酯水平(P<0.05)、显著提高了血清肌酐和葡萄糖水平(P<0.05),7%CF组显著降低了血清胆固醇水平(P<0.05),13%CF组显著降低了血清高密度脂蛋白水平(P<0.05),3个试验组均显著降低了血清低密度脂蛋白水平(P<0.05)。研究结果显示,姜曲海猪具有较强的耐粗饲能力,其生长育肥期饲粮粗纤维水平以10%为宜。This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different dietary crude fiber(CF)level on growth performance,carcass trait,meat quality and serum biochemical index of Jiangquhai pigs to explore the appropriate crude fiber requirement.96 Jiangquhai pigs weighing 27.61±2.15 kg were selected and randomly assigned to 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate(half male and half female).The experiment pigs were fed 4 different diets with 4 levels CF(4%,7%,10%,13%)respectively.The prefeeding period lasted for 7 days and the feeding period lasted for 120 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily gain and the average daily feed intake of 13%CF group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to gain of 10%CF group was of no significant difference with that of the control group,but its value was the lowest and was significantly lower than that of 13%CF group(P<0.05).(2)The proportion of leaf fat in 7%CF group,10%CF group and 13%CF group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the average back fat thickness in 10%CF group and 13%CF group was significantly lower than that in the control group and 7%CF group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the shear force of longissimus dorsi in 10%CF group significantly reduced(P<0.05),marble score in 13%CF group significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the intramuscular fat content of longissimus dorsi in three experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(4)The activity of Glutamic pyruvic transaminase in 10%CF group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of lactate dehydrogenase in 7%CF group,10%CF group and 13%CF group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum triglyceride level in 10%CF group and 13%CF group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),serum creatinine and glucose level in them were significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum cholesterol level in 7%CF group was significantly decre
