摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是解决当前社会主要矛盾、实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标、实现全体人民共同富裕的必然要求。培育新型职业农民,是破解农村人才瓶颈,解决好"谁来种地"和"怎样种地"问题的重要途径。分析了乡村振兴战略背景下,新型职业农民培育的现实意义和基本途径。The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is an important decision-making arrangement made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, an inevitable requirement for solving the main contradictions in the current society, realizing the goal of "two hundred years", and realizing the common prosperity of all the people. Cultivating new professional farmers is an important way to solve the bottleneck of rural talents and to solve the problems of "who will plant land" and "how to plant land". This paper discussed the practical significance and basic ways of cultivating new professional farmers under the background of rural revitalization strategy.
