摘  要:乌兰夫教育理论与实践是乌兰夫在长期的革命与建设中对民族教育本质、规律和价值的认识和思考,系统性地回答了“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人、谁来培养人”等教育的根本性问题,对推动当时经济社会的稳定发展、民族教育的进步以及民族文化的传承作出了重要贡献。深入研究乌兰夫教育理论与实践,既是从历史经验中寻觅教育之道以观照当下民族教育现实的需要,也是彰显民族教育理论自信的需要。Ulanhu's educational theory and practice are based on his understanding of and reflections on the essence,law and value of ethnic education obtained from his long revolutionary practices,which have comprehensively answered the basic questions of education such as“what kind of people we should train?”,“what are the training methods?”and“who are the trainers and the trainees?”,and have contributed to the stable socio-economic development,the promotion of ethnic education,and the inheritance of ethnic cultures.A further study of Ulanhu's educational theory and practice can enlighten the present development of ethnic education programs by learning from the historical experience,and enhance our confidence in the theories of ethnic education.
