摘  要:为解决机械臂运行过程中受地域条件等因素影响导致各关节运行位置观察不便的问题,结合3D动画显示、机械臂操控系统,设计了基于LabVIEW的六自由度机械臂运行实时显示系统。系统建立动画显示区、运行控制区等界面,实现六自由度机械臂关节的实时显示与控制,通过机械臂运行时的3D动画监控,显示六自由度机械臂运行状况。该系统对工业生产和实际生活有较大应用价值。In order to solve the inconvenience of observing the running position of each joint due to the influence of regional conditions and other factors during the operation of the manipulator,a real-time display system for the operation of a six-degree-of-freedom ma⁃nipulator based on LabVIEW is designed based on 3D animation display and manipulator control system.The system establishes an op⁃eration control interface such as an animation display area and a running control area to realize real-time display and control of the six-degree-of-freedom mechanical.The system can understand the actual running condition of the mechanical arm in the actual pro⁃duction life by the six-degree-of-freedom manipulator running condition of the 3D animation monitoring when the manipulator is run⁃ning,which has great application value for industrial production and real life.
