滋阴柔肝汤配合多巴丝肼片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析滋阴柔肝汤配合多巴丝肼片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月至2019年1月收治的80例肝肾不足型帕金森病患者作为研究对象,应用电脑随机分配方式将其分为观察组(滋阴柔肝汤配合多巴丝肼片治疗)和对照组(多巴丝肼片单一治疗),每组40例。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组UPDRSⅠ、UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ、UPDRSⅣ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴柔肝汤配合多巴丝肼片治疗肝肾不足型帕金森病效果显著,能够弥补常规西医治疗的不足,可改善UPDRS评分、不良反应发生情况、总有效率以及ADL评分。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ziyin Rougan decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of Parkinson's disease with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods From January 2015 to January 2019,80 patients with Parkinson's disease of liver and kidney deficiency were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(treated with Ziyin Rougan decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets)and control group(treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets)by computer random assignment,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of UPDRSⅠ,UPDRSⅡ,UPDRSⅢand UPDRSⅣin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Rougan decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of Parkinson's disease with liver and kidney deficiency.It can make up for the deficiency of conventional western medicine,and improve the UPDRS score,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the total effective rate and the ADL score.
