护士人文关怀品质影响因素及与护患关系信任度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解护士人文关怀品质现状及影响因素,并进一步探索护士人文关怀品质与护患关系信任度的相关性。方法于2019年1-6月采用人文关怀品质量表及护患关系信任度量表分别对安徽省某三级甲等医院的198名护理人员及220例患者进行调查。结果护士人文关怀品质得分为(4.43±0.46)分;不同工作科室、是否接受相关培训、家人或同事关心程度不同的护士,其人文关怀品质总分或维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);相关性分析显示,护士人文关怀品质总分与护患关系信任度总分及各维度均成正相关(r=0.819~0.855,P<0.05)。结论护理人员的关怀品质较高,且受工作科室、培训、家人或同事关心程度的影响,提升护士的人文关怀品质有利于改善护患关系信任度。Objective To understand the current status of humanistic care quality among nurses and the influence factors,and to explore its correlation with the nurse-patient trust.Methods A total of 198 nursing staff and 220 patients in a tertiary teaching hospital in Anhui province were surveyed by using the scale of humanistic care quality of nurses and the nurse-patient trust scale.Results The total score of humanistic care quality was(4.43±0.46).The total score or dimension score were statistically different between nurses working in different departments,whether received relevant training,and the level of care given by their family members or colleagues(P<0.05,P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of humanistic care quality was positively correlated with the total score of the Nurse-Patient Trust Scale,and the score of the individual dimensions(r=0.819~0.855,P<0.05).Conclusions The humanistic care quality of nurse is high and affected by departments,training,and the care from family or colleagues.Improving the quality of nurses'humanistic care could enhance the nurse-patient trust.
