McGregor术式修复中度眼睑全层缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨McGregor术式治疗中度眼睑全层缺损的临床效果。方法对因眼睑肿瘤行手术切除后造成中度眼睑全层缺损的10例(10只眼)患者,行McGregor术式进行修复。切开外眦,向颞侧弧形延长切口,在其末端行"Z"成形术,旋转滑行皮瓣,修复眼睑缺损。结果本组10例患者均随访12个月以上,均获得满意的外观及良好的功能。1例下睑缺损患者术后2 d出现明显的下睑内翻,2周后逐渐恢复正常;1例患者睑缘伤口出现轻度切迹,未明显影响外观及功能,故未做进一步处理。结论McGregor术式是治疗中度眼睑全层缺损的有效术式。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of McGregor procedure in the treatment of moderate eyelid full-thickness defect.Methods Ten patients(10 eyes)with moderate eyelid full-thickness defect caused by surgical resection of eyelid tumor underwent the McGregor procedure.The external canthus was incised and the incision was prolonged to the temporal side in a curve way.The Z-plasty was performed at the end of incision.The rotation flap and sliding flap were used to repair the eyelid defect.Results Ten patients were followed up for more than 12 months.The satisfactory appearance and good function were obtained in all patients.Obvious lower eyelid entropion was occurred in one patient at 2 days after operation and gradually returned to normal after 2 weeks.Mild notch was occurred in the palpebral margin of one patient.The appearance and function were not significantly affected and no further treatment was given.Conclusion The McGregor procedure was effective in the treatment of moderate eyelid full-thickness defect.
