摘　　要：人口老龄化社会迫切需要大量专业化的养老服务与管理人才。随着中国人口老龄化的进程,老年专业教育和人才培育工作经历了一个从无到有、由少变多、逐步做大做强做优的衍变过程。历史是一面镜子,回顾总结20年历程,关键是要做好养老服务相关专业建设及人才培养布局和规划,文章在对养老服务专业现状进行详细的梳理和总结的基础上,直面问题并寻找出路,从而为中国养老服务业发展提供强大的人才支持与智力支撑。The aging society urgently needs a large number of professional elderly care service and management talents.With the pace of China’s aging population,the professional education for the elderly and the cultivation of professional talents have gone through a process of evolution from scratch,from small to many,gradually becoming bigger,stronger and better.History is a mirror.Looking back and summarizing the 20-year history,the key is to do a good job in the construction of pension service related majors and personnel training layout and planning.On the basis of detailed combing and summarizing the current situation of pension service majors,we should face the problems and find a way out,so as to provide strong talent support and intellectual support for the development of China’s pension service industry.
