基于CBCT矢状向切片图像的静息舌位研究初探

摘　　要：目的:运用CBCT矢状向切片图像分析静息舌位、舌型及其与牙颌的位置关系。方法:截取60例患者CBCT正中矢状平面图像,导入几何画板软件,观察舌及相关结构的位置,制作测量尺模版,测量分析静息舌位置及形态。结果:静息状态下舌体与口腔周界的关系可以分成4型:舌型1-全接触型、舌型2-腭部间隙型、舌型3-腭部上前牙舌侧间隙型、舌型4-腭部上下前牙舌侧间隙型(舌后缩型)。结论:关注并分析CBCT矢状向切片图像的静息舌位,可以有针对性地指导患者进行口周肌功能训练。Objective:To study the resting tongue position and tongue type,and to explore the position relationship between resting tongue and dento-jaw based on CBCT sagittal slice images.Methods:The CBCT median sagittal plane images of 60 patients were intercepted,and the Geometric Sketchpad software was imported to observe the position of tongue and its related structures.A measuring ruler template was made to measure and analyze the position and shape of resting tongue.Results:The position relationship between tongue and oral periphery in resting state was divided into 4 types:tongue type 1-full contact type,tongue type 2-palate gap type,tongue type 3-palate upper anterior teeth lingual gap type,tongue type 4-palate upper and lower anterior teeth lingual gap type(retrogression type).Conclusion:The resting tongue position of CBCT sagittal slice images can guide patients to perform perioral muscle function training pertinently.
