摘 要:目的:利用三维数字化技术比较舌侧全转移技术中托槽粘接的实际位置和托盘设计位置的差异,评价该技术的转移精确度。方法:选择2例错畸形患者,在石膏模型上定位托槽位置,用全转移技术将托槽和弓丝转移到口内,利用模型扫描和口内扫描获得托槽位置的三维数据,进行三维图像配准后测量数据,用配对t检验比较差异。结果:全转移系统粘接后,托槽设计位置和实际位置的线距测量差值为-0.53 mm到0.49 mm,角度测量差值为-3.73°到4.05°,t检验分析可知托槽设计位置和实际位置的线距测量差值(x±s):-0.03±0.26 mm(P>0.05),角度差值的(x±s):0.16±2.51°(P>0.05)。结论:舌侧全转移间接粘接技术在临床上粘接托槽的位置有较高的准确性。Objective:To compare the difference between the actual position of the bracket bonding and the designed position of the tray in the lingual entire transfer technique using 3D digitization technology.Methods:2 patients with lingual orthodontics were selected.The brackets were positioned on the extraoral model,the brackets and archwire system were adhered and transfered into the patient's mouth by lingual entire transfer technique.The three-dimensional position of the bracket was obtained by mouth scanning and model scanning.The images were measured after three-dimensional image registration,the difference between the designed position of the brackets and the actual position in the mouth was compared by t-test.Results:The difference between the line measurement of the bracket between designed position and the actual position was from-0.53 mm to 0.49 mm,and the torque angle difference is from-3.73°to 4.05°.The t-test analysis showed that the line distance(±s):(-0.03±0.26)mm,the angulation(±s):(0.16±2.51)°(P>0.05).Conclusion:The lingual entire transfer technique has a high accuracy in the position of clinical bracket bonding.
