摘 要:目的:评价计算机辅助动态导航技术在口腔种植手术中的精准度及临床效果。方法:纳入牙列缺损患者12名,平均年龄42.3岁,每名患者植入种植体1~2枚,术前制作定位放射模板,拍摄CBCT片,利用计算机辅助动态导航系统规划种植体位置,并在其指导下完成种植手术,术后拍摄CBCT,确认并测量种植体植入精度。结果:种植体颈部偏差为(1.11±0.49)mm(0.4~1.95mm),根方偏差为(1.36±0.6)mm(0.5~2.39 mm),角度偏差为(3.14°±1.73°)(0.43°~6.66°)。结论:利用计算机辅助动态导航技术行种植手术可取得满意的临床效果。Objective:To primarily evaluate the accuracy and the clinical effectiveness of computer assisted dynamic navigation technology in dental implant surgery.Methods:12 cases(42.3 years old on average)with dentition defect were included.Tooth supported radiopaque locator was prepaired before operation for each case.CBCT examination was performed and the position of the implants was designed,then 1-2 implants were placed for each case with the aid of computer assisted dynamic navigation software.The post-surgical CBCT was performed to evaluate the deviations between the designed and the actually placed implants.Results:The deviations in entry,exit and angle between the designed and the actually placed implants were(1.11±0.49)mm(0.4~1.95 mm),(1.36±0.6)mm(0.5~2.39 mm),and(3.14°±1.73°)(0.43°~6.66°)respectively.Conclusion:The applying computer assisted dynamic navigation in dental implant surgery is satisfying.
