颌后腮腺前缘入路与颌后穿腮腺入路在下颌骨髁突颈骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：本研究纳入下颌骨低位髁突颈骨折患者80例,分为2组(n=40),分别运用颌后腮腺前缘入路组(A组)和颌后穿腮腺入路组(B组)给予坚固内固定治疗(n=40)。术后3个月2组治疗的临床疗效相当,但经腮腺前缘入路术能更好的恢复患者咬合能力,改善下颌关节功能,减少并发症发生率低。80 patients with low mandibular condylar neck fracture were treated by surgery with posterior maxillary parotid anterior approach(group A)and retromandibular transparotid approach(group B)(n=40)respectively.Follow-up results showed that 3 months after treatment the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was comparable.However,the posterior maxillary parotid anterior approach was more effective for the occlusion ability and temporomandibular joint fuction with lower incidence of complications.
