奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫患者临床效果;方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月收治的86例癫痫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗,对照组仅给予左乙拉西坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效,脑电图变化,治疗前后甲状腺激素、MMSE评分、ADL评分;结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.35%较对照组81.40%显著提高,脑电图变化总有效率为97.67%较对照组79.07%显著提高(P<0.05),治疗前、后两组TSH、FT3、FT4水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗后两组FT4水平均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗前两组MMSE、ADL评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组MMSE评分均显著上升,ADL评分均显著下降,且观察组MMSE评分上升、ADL评分下降更显著(P<0.05),观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为13.95%、16.28%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性较高,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of patients with epilepsy.Methods:86 patients with epilepsy admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given oxcarbazepine plus levetiracetam,and the control group was given only levetiracetam.The clinical efficacy,EEG changes,thyroid hormone,MMSE score,ADL score before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.35%in the observation group,compared with 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of EEG changes was 97.67%,compared with 79.07%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TSH,FT3 and FT4 levels before and after treatment(P>0.05),but FT4 levels in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE and ADL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the MMSE scores of the two groups increased significantly,and the ADL scores decreased significantly.There were significant difference of MMSE and ADL scores in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 13.95%and 16.28%respectively and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Oxcarbazepine combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy can significantly improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and have high safety.It is recommended to promote clinically.
