摘 要:目的:分析USPIO在乳腺癌细胞MCF-7裸鼠原位肿瘤模型中的应用及MRI成像评估效果。方法:制备30只乳腺癌裸鼠原位肿瘤模型,通过化学沉淀法合成USPIO后利用共价键结合制备复合体USPIO-12G5,将其分为空白对照组和USPIO-12G5组,分别对两组小鼠进行MRI、及传统CT检查,以病理及免疫组化结果为标准,判断两种检查方法的准确度、敏感性及特异性。结果:在USPIO-12G5组小鼠检查中MRI检查的准确度、敏感性及特异性均高于CT检查,两组相关数据对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经USPIO-12G5处理的乳腺癌裸鼠原位肿瘤模型MRI成像检查效果较好。Objective:To analyze the application of USPIO in tumor model in situ of breast cancer cell McF-7 in nude mice and the effect of MRI imaging evaluation.Methods:The preparation of 30 tumor model in situ of breast cancer cell in nude mice was ready and divided into group A and group B.USPIO was synthesized by chemical precipitation,and the complex USPIO-12G5 was prepared by means of covalent bonding.Group A was used as a blank control group,and group B was treated with USPIO-12G5.MRI and PET-CT examinations were performed on mice in the two groups respectively.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were determined based on the pathological and immunohistochemical results.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MRI in the examination of mice in group B were higher than that in PET-CT examination,and the correlation data of the two groups were compared,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of MRI imaging was higher in nude mice with breast cancer treated with USPIO-12G5.
