摘 要:以减少Aβ沉积为标靶的Aβ疫苗的研究失败使人们开始反思阿尔茨海默病主流病理机制—Aβ级联反应学说的局限性,而新近证实的脑淋巴引流系统在打破了诸多传统观念的同时,也为诠释AD的病理机制提供了新的思路。本文拟全面介绍脑淋巴引流途径以及它们在Aβ清除机制中的作用,进而展望其在未来AD防治中的应用前景。The failure of research on the vaccines against Aβtargeting at reducing its deposition has made people reflect the limitations of amyloid cascade hypothesis,which is the mainstream pathological mechanism of Alzheimer's disease.While the newly confirmed brain lymphatic drainage system breaks many traditional concepts,it also provides a new way to interpret the pathological mechanism of AD.In this paper,we will comprehensively introduce the brain lymphatic drainage and their role in the mechanism of Aβclearance,and then look forward to their applications in the prevention and treatment of AD in the future.
