摘 要:吹塑机是塑料薄膜制造最常用的一种机械设备,其内部的薄膜厚度控制系统的控制性能对薄膜成品质量起着决定性作用。针对吹塑机厚度控制问题,基于时间延迟一阶积分系统模型,提出基于WGC方法设计的PID控制算法。采用稳定边界轨迹方法计算稳定域;经优化分析,确定经加权后的WGC点的最优方案。仿真模拟结果表明:基于WGC方法设计的PID控制器响应给定信号快速、系统能耗少、控制精度高。The blow molding machine is the most commonly used mechanical equipment for plastic film manufacturing.The control performance of the internal film thickness control system plays a decisive role in the quality of the finished film.Aiming at the problem of thickness control of blow molding machine,based on the time delay first-order integral system model,a PID control algorithm based on WGC method is proposed.The stable boundary trajectory method is used to calculate the stability domain;after optimization analysis,the optimal scheme of the weighted WGC points is determined.The simulation results show that the PID controller designed based on the WGC method responds quickly to a given signal,the system consumes less energy,and the control accuracy is high.
