摘　　要：化学治疗致周围神经病变(Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy, CIPN)作为肿瘤患者化疗期间常见的不良反应之一,其发病机制尚不明确,国际上亦无较为公认的评估标准、治疗方法。近年来国内外学者就其临床评估、防治开展了各类研究,相关报道的数量逐年增加,并显示了一些有意义的结果。就目前CIPN的评估及近年来中医防治CIPN的相关临床研究进展进行综述。As one of the most common adverse reactions of chemotherapy, the pathogenesis of chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN) is still unclear and there is no recognized evaluation standard and treatment method. In recent years, scholars among the world have carried out a variety of studies and the number of relevant reports is increasing year by year,showing some effective results. This article reviewed the current diagnosis of CIPN and the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment in recent years.
