摘 要:脊尾白虾对盐度具有较强的适应性,为了了解长期生活于不同盐度下脊尾白虾的免疫防御能力,选择生活在盐度5、 10、 15、 20、 25、 30水体中的脊尾白虾幼虾,利用荧光定量PCR检测了脊尾白虾肝胰腺酚氧化酶原(proPO)基因和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)基因表达水平,同时测定了肝胰腺酚氧化酶(PO)和SOD活力。结果显示,随着盐度升高,脊尾白虾PO和SOD活力呈现先升高后降低趋势,在盐度15、 20时的酶活力显著高于其它盐度组,proPO基因和SOD基因表达量变化趋势也呈现与酶活力变化相同趋势。结果说明,生长在不同盐度水体中的脊尾白虾,免疫力差异显著,在盐度15、 20水体中具有较强免疫力。Exopalaemon carinicauda has a good environmental adaptability,it can be reared seawater so in order to investigate immune-related enzyme activity of E.carinicauda at different salinity,phenofoxidase,superoxide dismutase activity and gene expressions of prophenoloxidase and superoxide dismutase were examined in E.carinicauda juveniles which had been reared at different salinity levels of 5,10,15,20,25 and 30.The results showed that the enzyme activity of phenofoxidase and superoxide dismutase initially increased,but then decreased with increasing salinity,the enzyme activity were significantly higher at salinity 15 and 20 than other salinity groups,and the gene expressions of prophenoloxidase and superoxide dismutase were significantly higher at salinity 15 and 20 than other salinity groups.It was concluded that following long-term exposure to 15 and 20 seawater,E.carinicauda juveniles exhibited increased resistance.
