摘  要:为防止带式输送机实际生产中常发生断带事故的进一步恶化,提出将断带抓捕器应用于带式输送机的保护装置中,基于对带式输送机抓捕器液压系统设计总要求分析的基础上,对液压系统的关键液压元件进行选型设计,并基于Matlab/Simulink对设计的抓捕器的性能进行仿真分析,最后得到预期的效果。In order to avoid the further deterioration of the belt conveyor,this paper puts forward the application of the belt breaker to the protective device of the belt conveyor.Based on the analysis of the general requirements of the design of the hydraulic system of the belt conveyor key hydraulic components of the hydraulic system are selected and designed,and the performance of the designed catcher is simulated and analyzed based on the Matlab/Simulink,and the expected results are obtained.
