摘　　要：介绍了全自动FOF上料机的功能,针对全自动FOF上料机设计过程中菲林与垫纸、透明吸塑盘不好区分的问题,进行了分析讨论,并对传感器区分检测,在平台上进行图像区分检测实验,得出这种检测方法不可行的结论,最后改用在料爪抓取后进行检测做实验,得出该种方法可行的结论。This paper introduces the function of automatic FOF feeder,analyzes and discusses the problem that film is difficult to distinguish from pad paper and transparent suction plate in the design process of automatic FOF feeder,and carries on the image discrimination detection experiment on the platform,draws the conclusion that this method is not feasible.
