摘　　要：本文引入"协同"的理论视角,以浙江保密学院保密管理专业为研究对象,对人才培养过程中存在的主要问题进行分析。针对存在问题,结合省保密人才实际需求和学校特色,从学科知识体系、实践能力、岗位需求和师资力量几个方面进行探讨,探索适合浙江省保密管理专业的人才培养模式。Taking Security Management of Zhejiang Security School as the study object, this thesis discusses about the current status and problems of talents cultivation mode. Aiming at the problems and considering about the practical demand of security management talents in Zhejiang Province as well as the school characteristics, it gives a systematic analysis of the subject knowledge system, practical ability, job requirement and teacher resources, so as to explore an appropriate mode of security management talents cultivation in Zhejiang Province.
