产教融合视域下的高职药学子职业成长路径探析

摘　　要：做好学生的职业导航,是专业实现培养目标的重要手段。我校药学专业依托产教融合平台,围绕着学生的职业成长,进行了路径剖析和实践,包括新生入学时做好职业生涯导航、在校期间做好职业素养培养、临近毕业时做好职业发展指导等。产教融合为学生职业成长提供了全面的、开放的环境,使学生增加职业体验和感悟,找准未来自己在职场上的最佳位置。To do a good job in the career guidance of students is an important means for the major to achieve the training objectives.Relying on the integration platform of industry and education,the pharmaceutical specialty of our university has carried out path analysis and practice around the career growth of students,including doing a good job in career guidance when freshmen enter school,doing a good job in vocational quality training during school,and doing a good job in career development guidance near graduation.The integration of industry and education provides a comprehensive and open environment for students'professional growth,which enables students to increase their professional experience and perception,and find their best position in the future workplace.
