基于嵌入式少数民族学生汉语教学+专业的本科人才培养模式探讨--以西北民族大学民族学与社会学学院本科生为例

摘　　要：高等教育本科人才培养中,与专业密切相关的实践教学是专业教育的重要组成部分,是推进大学生素质教育的重要环节,是适应新时期社会发展的要求,也是孕育专业实践型人才的需要。在少数民族大学生中开展嵌入式汉语教学+专业的实践教学,是少数民族大学生深入社会,了解行业,增长才干的重要途径。本研究拟将这一少数民族大学生培养模式的教学实践改革应用到我院民族学和社会工作专业教学中,以期促进民族学和社会工作专业教育的改革和实践,培养少数民族地区的专业应用型人才。In the cultivation of undergraduate talents in higher education,the practice teaching closely related to the specialty is an important part of the specialty education,an important link to promote the quality education of college students,the requi-rement to adapt to the social development in the new era,and the need to nurture professional practice talents.It is an important way for ethnic college students to carry out embedded Chinese teaching+professional practice teaching among ethnic college students,so that they can go deep into the society,understand the industry and increase their talents.This study intends to apply the teaching practice reform of the training mode of ethnic minority college students to the teaching of Ethnology and social work in our college,in order to promote the reform and practice of the education of Ethnology and social work,and to cultivate professional application talents in ethnic minority areas.
