摘　　要：研究生导师是研究生培养学习的引路人,"双一流"建设更强调了人才的培养,而由于地理位置、教育资源分配等因素的影响,西部高校研究生导师队伍建设存在管理制度上权责不清、培养方式单一、导师队伍结构不合理等问题,影响了研究生培养质量。可以通过权责理清、完善制度、实行导师团队制培养及加强导师队伍梯队建设,优化导师队伍结构等方面加强和完善导师队伍建设,保障研究生培养质量。Tutor is a guider of postgraduate students learning,the construction of"Double-First Class"more emphasis on talent cultivation,and due to the geographical location,education resource allocation,the influence of such factors as the western colleges and universities graduate student teacher team construction management system of power and responsibility is not clear,cultivating mode single,such problems as the unreasonable structure of the contingent of tutors,affect the quality of graduate education.We can strengthen and improve the construction of the tutor team by clarifying the rights and responsibilities,improving the system,implementing the tutor team system training,strengthening the con-struction of the tutor team echelon,optimizing the structure of the tutor team and so on,so as to ensure the quality of postgraduate training.
