摘　　要：基因工程与分子生物学是生物工程专业的必修课,其中实验教学起着举足轻重的作用。笔者分析了当前基因工程与分子生物学实验课程教学中存在的问题,从教学模式、教学内容以及成绩评价体系等方面进行改革,通过新方法、新手段提高了实验教学的水平,激发了学生学习的积极性和自主性。Gene engineering and molecularbiology are compulsory coursesin bioengineering,among which experimentaltea-ching plays an important role.In this paper,the author analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of gene engineering and molecular biology experiment course,and carries out the reform from the teaching mode,teaching content and performance evaluation system.Through the new methods and new means,the level of experiment teaching is improved,and the students'learning polarity and autonomy are stimulated.
