摘  要:为了加速培养社会急需的高层次专业应用型人才,我国专业学位硕士的招生规模在逐年扩大。提高专业硕士学位研究生培养能力成了研究生导师的必修课。本文对国内外专业硕士学位的培养模式进行了对比分析,梳理了学术学位、全日制专业学位和非全日制硕士学位的异同点。最后,总给了笔者在专业学位研究生指导实践探索中的经验和教训。In order to accelerate the training of high-level professional applied talents urgently needed by the society, the enrollment scale of professional master’s degree in China is expanding year by year. It has become a compulsory course for postgraduate tutors to improve the training ability of professional master degree graduates. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the training mode of professional master’s degree at home and abroad, and sorts out the similarities and differences between academic degree, full-time professional degree and part-time master’s degree. Finally, the author gives the experience and lessons in the practice and exploration of professional degree graduate students.
