摘  要:大学生是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,是国家的栋梁之才。青年学生从中学生过渡到大学生,是人生的重要转折,必然会遭遇到不同程度的挫折。我们应该如何创设良好的心理教育环境,帮助大学生健康成长。本文提出了"四个教育"的构建模式,即:家庭教育-社会教育-学校教育-自我教育,4个教育相互影响、相互联动、协调发展,形成强大的合力,以期提升大学生的抗挫折能力。College students are the builders and successors of the socialist cause and the pillars of the country. The transition of young students from middle school students to college students is an important turning point in life, and they will inevitably encounter setbacks of different degrees. How should we create a good psychological education environment to help college students grow up healthily. This paper puts forward the construction mode of "four educations", that is, family education, social education, school education and self education. Four educations influence each other, interact with each other, coordinate development, and form a strong joint force, so as to improve the anti setback ability of college students.
