摘　　要：应用型本科人才已成为我国高等教育主要的人才培养目标之一。应用型本科人才本质上是需求导向的职业性人才,其培养要求和过程体现为典型的能力本位。国际经验表明,项目教学是应用型人才培养的有效方法,也是与学术型人才培养相区别的重要特征。南京工程学院坚持应用型人才能力本位培养观,动态设计人才培养方案,以项目教学为抓手,推动培养模式改革,实现了从注重实践能力培养的项目教学1.0到以侧重职业能力培养、以课程建设为重点的项目教学2.0的迭代升级。目前学校以新工科改革为契机,以学生可持续发展能力培养为中心,全面推进"培养理念、专业建设、教学内容、教学资源、师资队伍、支持措施、评价方式"的3.0版综合改革,初步构建了以"理实一体化,学用创相融"为特征的项目化应用型人才培养新模式,对我国深化应用型人才培养改革创新具有重要借鉴意义。At present,one of the objectives of higher education in China is to cultivate application-oriented undergraduate students who,in essence,are the need-oriented professional talents.The cultivation should focus on ability training.According to the international practice,project-based teaching is an effective way to cultivate application-oriented talents,which is also an important feature differentiating it from research-oriented talent cultivation.Nanjing Institute of Technology has formed project-based teaching version 1 emphasizing practice ability training by dynamically designing cultivation plans.Then,version 1 was upgraded to version 2 which emphasizing professional ability training and curriculum construction.Currently,taking the opportunity of emerging engineering education reform,Nanjing Institute of Technology is exploring version 3,which focuses on training students’sustainable development ability,in terms of training ideas,major construction,teaching content and resources,the faculty,supporting measures and evaluation methods.The practice of Nanjing Institute of Technology is helpful for the innovation of application-oriented talent cultivation in China.
