高校应用型翻译人才培养模式创新问题分析

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,翻译专业已经逐渐成为高校热门专业之一。然而相对来说翻译专业开设时间相对较短,在教学过程中存在着诸多问题,其人才培养模式也不够成熟,从而造成翻译专业资格考试的实际通过率相对较低,且高校翻译专业学生毕业之后缺乏实践技能,影响就业。因此,怎样培养出合格的高校翻译人才,这是我们要深刻思考的重要问题。高校翻译教学期间,相关教育工作者不仅要遵循传统形式的教学方法,而且要积极创新翻译专业教学方法,提升高校翻译人才培养水平。本文就高校翻译人才培养模式创新问题展开详细论述。With the development of the times,the translation major has gradually become one of the popular majors in colleges and universities.However,the translation majors are relatively short-lived.There are many problems in the teaching process,and the talent training mode is not mature enough.The actual pass rate of the translation professional qualification examination is relatively low,and the college translation majors lack practical skills after graduation and affect employment.Therefore,how to train qualified college translators is an important issue for us to think deeply.During the period of translation teaching in colleges and universities,relevant educators must not only follow the traditional forms of teaching methods,but also actively innovate the teaching methods of translation majors and improve the level of translation talents in universities.This paper discusses in detail the innovation of the training model of college translators.
