摘  要:为了将科研项目与实验教学紧密结合,本研究将太阳能电池板扩散生产工艺设备研究方面的科研项目用于单片机控制的温度压力检测课程设计中,深化了电子科学与技术、自动化、电气工程及其自动化等专业的实验教学改革。本课程设计是让学生在完成Proteus仿真实验基础上,进行实物制作及调试,最终实现了-50℃^+1600℃范围内温度检测、0.01~1MPa范围内的压力检测。本实验有助于加深学生对所学传感器原理及应用、单片机原理及应用等课堂知识的理解,激发了学生的学习兴趣。使学生了解了电子产品开发的全部过程。通过单片机课程设计,加强了对学生实践环节的培养,有助于提高学生分析问题、解决工程实践问题能力。In order to combine the scientific research project with the experimental teaching closely,the research project of solar panel diffusion production process equipment is used in the course design of temperature and pressure detection controlled by single-chip microcomputer,and the experimental teaching reform of Electronic Science and technology,automation,electrical engineering and automation is deepened.This course is designed for students to make and debug the real object based on the completion of Proteus simulation experiment,and finally achieve the temperature detection in the range of-50℃^+1600℃and the pressure detection in the range of 0.01~1 MPa.This experiment is helpful to deepen students’understanding of the principle and application of the sensor,the principle and application of single chip microcomputer,and stimulate students’interest in learning.Make students understand the whole process of electronic product development.Through the course design of single-chip microcomputer,the training of students’practice link is strengthened,which is helpful to improve students’ability of analyzing problems and solving engineering practice problems.
