摘　　要：依据波特价值链理论,从信息价值对EPC项目增值的影响角度出发,建立建筑工程领域EPC项目的信息价值链模型,深入分析信息在自身创造价值的同时促进价值链各环节改善而带来的价值增值,并在理论上进行了定量分析。在以上深入分析的基础上,利用BIM对EPC项目信息价值链进行改进,通过改善整合信息价值链的信息,达到项目价值增值的目的。Based on porter’s theory of value chain,this paper establishes an information value chain model of EPC projects in the field of construction engineering from the perspective of the impact of information value on the value added of EPC projects,deeply analyzes the value added brought by information that creates value and promotes the improvement of each link of the value chain,and conducts quantitative analysis in theory.On the basis of the above in-depth analysis,this paper uses BIM to improve the information value chain of EPC projects,and achieves the purpose of project value increment by improving and integrating the information of the information value chain.
