摘 要:轧机传动系统的扭振会对控制系统的稳定性和机械传动部件造成破坏。引起轧机系统扭振的因素很多,轧机本身的机械系统、电机的电磁性能改变以及电机传动控制系统都有可能造成轧机系统的扭振。针对邯钢中板轧机下辊传动系统的扭振现象,对轧机主电机、主传动机械系统、主传动控制系统进行了排查,发现主传动主回路阻容吸收电容性能下降是造成系统不稳定诱发轧机主传动机电耦合扭振的主要原因。为此,对相应设备进行了跟换,同时考虑到电解电容随着使用过程电容值会逐渐降低,指出在今后的设备维护过程中,需要定期对功率单元中的电容进行检测。The stability of the control system and mechanical components would be damaged caused by torsional vibration of the rolling mill drive system.There were many factors that cause torsional vibration of the rolling mill system,such as the mechanical system of the rolling mill itself,the change in the electromagnetic properties of the motor and the motor drive control system.In view of the torsional vibration phenomenon of the down roll drive system of plate mill in the Hansteel Co.,the main motor,main drive mechanical system and control system of the rolling mill were investigated.The main reason for torsional vibration of rolling mill main drive was found that the performance of the main circuit absorption capacitance was decreased.Therefore,the capacitor was replaced,and taking into account that the capacitor’s capacitance value decreasing with the using,it pointed out that the capacitor in the power unit needs to be periodically checked in the equipment maintenance process.
