人参皂苷Rh2对大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的研究不同浓度的人参皂苷Rh2对细胞增殖、迁移以及侵袭的作用。方法使用不同浓度的人参皂苷Rh2对体外培养的大鼠胶质瘤细胞系C6进行处理,采用CCK-8(cell counting kit-8)法、细胞划痕实验、Transwell小室模型分别检测其对C6细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭能力的影响。结果人参皂苷Rh2对C6胶质瘤细胞的增殖有抑制作用,且在一定药物浓度范围内呈剂量-时间依赖性;对C6细胞迁移能力在药物浓度大于32μg/ml时有明显的抑制效果;对C6细胞侵袭的抑制作用也呈剂量依赖性,且在16μg/ml浓度即有明显效果。结论人参皂苷Rh2显著抑制胶质瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭,对脑胶质瘤的治疗有重要意义。Objective To study the effect of ginsenoside Rh2 in different concentrations on the proliferation,migration and invasion of rat C6 glioma cells in vitro.Methods CCK-8(cell counting kit-8),cell scratch test and Transwell chambers were used to examine the proliferation,migration and invasion of C6 cells,respectively.Results Ginsenoside Rh2 inhibited the proliferation of C6 cells in a dose-time dependent manner,inhibited the migration of C6 cells in a high concentration,and inhibited the invasion of C6 cells in a dose dependent manner.Conclusion Ginsenoside Rh2 effectively inhibits the proliferation,migration and invasion of C6 cells,is useful in the treatment of glioma.
