企业公民“一体两翼”式生态责任系统构建

摘　　要：赋予企业"公民"身份,意味着企业仅对其所有者负责的"利润最大化"责任模式的突破。企业公民在满足企业不同阶段的发展需求时,亦应承载环境、经济、社会等多元价值责任,以此满足社会对其的期许。作为社会成员之一,企业公民在占有并使用自然资源和社会资源的同时,构建企业与自然、企业与社会的和谐关系,亦是企业公民义不容辞的责任,也是践行企业公民生态责任的具体体现。论文以企业运营流程为主体,以企业公民内部和外部为助力,构建"一体两翼"式生态责任系统模型,力争在三个方面解决学术界和企业界一直关心的主要问题:(1)企业公民的生态责任包括什么;(2)企业公民应从哪些层面承载生态责任;(3)企业公民的生态哲学意旨是什么。Given the"citizenship"status of the enterprise,it implies a breakthrough in the responsibility mode of"profit maximization"in which the enterprise is only responsible for its owner.When the corporate citizens meet the development demands of different stages of development of the enterprise,they should also bear the multi-value responsibility of environment,economy and society to satisfy the society’s expectations.As a member of society,while corporate citizens occupy and use natural resources and social resources,it is the unshirkable responsibility of corporate citizens to build a harmonious relationship between enterprises,nature and society.This is also a concrete embodiment of fulfilling the ecological responsibility of citizens.This paper takes the enterprise operation process as the main body,and builds the"one-two-wing"eco-responsibility system model with the help of internal and external corporate citizenship,and strives to solve the main problems that the academic and business circles have been concerned with in three aspects:(1)What are the ecological responsibilities of corporate citizens.(2)What aspects should corporate citizens carry ecological responsibility.(3)What is the ecological philosophy of corporate citizenship.
