山水林田湖草生命共同体建设的江西实践

摘　　要：习近平总书记关于“山水林田湖草生命共同体”的重要论述,为江西打造山水林田湖草综合治理样板区提供了重要遵循。江西省委省政府在接续实施“山江湖”工程的基础上,统筹鄱阳湖流域综合治理,推进“山水林田湖草生命共同体”建设,呈现出规划引领、机制创新、载体建设、模式探索、绿色惠民的立体性进程,彰显习近平生态文明思想在江西的生动实践,形成可复制、可推广的“江西经验”。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on“Life Community of Mountains,Rivers,Forests,Farmland,Lakes and Grasses”provides important guidelines for Jiangxi province to create a model area for the comprehensive management of mountains,rivers,forests,farmlands,lakes,and grasses.On the basis of the successive implementation of the“Mountains,Rivers and Lakes”project,the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government coordinate the comprehensive management of the Poyang Lake Basin and promote the construction of the“Life Community of Mountains,Rivers,Forests,Farmland,Lakes and Grasses”.It shows the multi-dimensional process of planning leadership,mechanism innovation,carrier construction,model exploration and benefiting the people by green,and highlights the vivid practice of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought in Jiangxi and forms“Jiangxi experience”that can be copied and promoted.
