摘　　要：在"双一流""创新创业"建设背景下,积极探索能源动力类专业培养体制改革。通过"大类招生,分流方向"的培养模式,满足学生个性化的需求。文章在总结国内外能源动力类专业教育模式与经验基础上,以三峡大学能源动力类专业为例,提出改革内容如下:(1)深化人才培养机制改革,着力培养高素质创新人才;(2)深化课程体系改革,有效促进专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合;(3)深化教学方法和考核方式改革,逐步建立完善的教学培养模式。Under the background of "double first class" and "innovation and entrepreneurship" construction, actively explore the reform of training system for energy and power majors. Through the training mode of "large class enrollment, diversion direction", it can meet the personalized needs of students. On the basis of summarizing the education mode and experience of energy power majors at home and abroad, this paper takes the energy power majors of Three Gorges University as an example,and puts forward the following reform contents:(1) deepen the reform of talent training mechanism, focus on training highquality innovative talents;(2) deepen the reform of curriculum system, effectively promote the organic integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education;(3) deepen the teaching methods and The reform of assessment mode will gradually establish a perfect teaching and training mode.
