摘　　要：研究生创新教育实践基地是研究生提升科技水平和培养创新实践能力的重要平台。以社会对机械工程高端人才的需求为目标,通过石油机械工程研究生创新教育基地的建设与实践,探索构建研究生培养新模式和新机制,深化产、学、研的协同作用,完善联合培养体系,有效地提高了研究生创新素质及学术应用能力,实现了信息资源共享,并进一步推进了高校的科研创新产出。The practice base of innovation education for postgraduates is an important platform for postgraduates to improve the level of science and technology and cultivate the ability of innovation practice. With the social demand for high-end talents of mechanical engineering as the goal, through the construction and practice of innovative education base for petroleum mechanical engineering postgraduates, the paper explores the construction of new modes and mechanisms for postgraduate training,deepens the synergy of production, learning and research, improves the joint training system, effectively improves the innovative quality and academic application ability of postgraduates, realizes the sharing of information resources, and advances step by step to promote the scientific research and innovation output of colleges and universities.
