摘  要:高校教工与研究生党支部共建是发挥导师在研究生党建思政中的作用、提升研究生党支部组织生活质量的重要途径,也是新时代背景下加强研究生党建工作的重要创新。有效的机制是做好研究生党建工作的基础之一,要想高质量地发挥教师党支部在研究生党建工作中的作用,增强教工与研究生党支部联合共建成效,就需要从实践出发,探索建立教工与研究生党支部联合共建的长效机制。The co construction of the faculty and the graduate Party branch is an important way to give full play to the role of the tutor in the ideological and political work of the graduate Party construction and to improve the quality of life of the graduate Party branch organization, and also an important innovation to strengthen the graduate Party construction work in the new era. An effective mechanism is one of the foundations for the party construction of postgraduates. In order to give full play to the role of the teachers’ Party branch in the party construction of postgraduates and enhance the joint construction effect of the teachers’ and the postgraduates’ Party branch, it is necessary to explore and establish a long-term mechanism of joint construction of the teachers’ and the postgraduates’ Party branch from the perspective of practice.
